* WHEN...From early this morning to Tuesday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, Water begins to affect Burnside Lake Water
Park.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 12:45 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.3
feet this afternoon.
- Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
14.5 feet on 03/09/1998.
