* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHEN...Until tomorrow evening.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:00 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 30.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
late tomorrow morning and continue a slow fall.
- Flood stage is 25.0 feet.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
