* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, Water begins to affect Burnside Lake Water
Park.

- At 8:45 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 13.3 feet.
- Forecast...The river is near the crest of 13.3 feet and will
be steady through Wednesday.

Instruction:
