Big Black River Near Bovina affecting Warren and Hinds Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Big Black River near Bovina. * WHEN...Until early Sunday morning. * IMPACTS...At 32.0 feet, Several access roads along and near the river are under water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:15 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 27.4 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 31.0 feet Friday morning. - Flood stage is 28.0 feet. - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 31.0 feet on 09/27/2002. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
