* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of southwest Missouri, including the following counties, Barry, McDonald, Stone and Taney. * WHEN...Until 900 AM CDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 215 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - This includes the following low water crossings... Mikes Creek at Highway U, Bentonville Hollow at Highway E, Butler Creek at Kings Highway, Honey Creek at Oak Street, Rockhouse Creek at Farm Road 2145, Big Sugar Creek at Buzzard Glory Road and Little Sugar Creek at Skaggs Hollow Road. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Branson, Cassville, Kimberling City, Pineville, Silver Dollar City, Anderson, Noel, South West City, Reeds Spring, Seligman, Exeter, Indian Point, Branson West, Washburn, Lanagan, Shell Knob, Golden, Emerald Beach, Eagle Rock, Blue Eye, Chain-O-Lakes, Arrow Point, Coney Island, Wayne, Ridgley, Powell, Cape Fair, Lampe, Table Rock Lake, Lake Taneycomo, Roaring River State Park, Big Sugar Creek State Park, Table Rock State Park and Shepherd of the Hills State Park. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
