* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Portions of south central and southwest Missouri, including the following counties, in south central Missouri, Texas. In southwest Missouri, Douglas and Wright. * WHEN...Until 1130 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Some low-water crossings may become impassable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 731 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. - This includes the following low water crossings... Bryant Creek at Highway U, Turkey Creek at Highway FF, Hunter Creek at Highway FF, Whetstone Creek at Owens Road, North Fork River at Highway EE, Cowskin Creek at County Road 514 and Cowskin Creek at Highway Y. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
