Description:
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of east central Missouri, including the
following county, Phelps.
* WHEN...Until 215 AM CDT Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 801 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain
have fallen.
- This includes the following low water crossings...
Norman Creek at County Road 4220 and Wolf Creek at Highway
CC.
Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over
the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.

Rolla, St. James, Doolittle, Newburg, Northwye and Rosati.
