* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Portions of central and east central Missouri, including the following counties, in central Missouri, Maries. In east central Missouri, Phelps. * WHEN...Until 715 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 116 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - This includes the following low water crossings... Dry Fork at County Road 407, Maries River at County Road 211, Mill Creek at County Road 521, Maries River at County Road 621, Montogue Creek at Highway E, Montague Creek at County Road 510 and Little Tavern Creek at County Road 220. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
