Northern Scott County in southeastern Missouri... * Until 915 PM CDT Friday. * At 303 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen near the Chaffee area in the past 30 to 45 minutes. Additional rainfall amounts in excess of 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar.
