Missouri River At Miami affecting Chariton, Saline and Carroll Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Missouri River at Waverly. * WHEN...From Monday evening to Thursday afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 23.5 feet, Rural areas along the river which are not protected by levees flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:00 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 15.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage tomorrow evening to a crest of 21.5 feet early Tuesday afternoon.
