River forecasts are based on observed precipitation and forecast precipitation for the next 24 hours. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Black River near Annapolis. * WHEN...From early this morning to Sunday evening. * IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Flooding begins along County Road 146 Champion Springs Road... the road leading to the gage. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 3:15 AM CDT Friday the stage was 10.7 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 3:15 AM CDT Friday was 10.7 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise to 18.1 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage again early tomorrow afternoon to 4.0 feet early Tuesday afternoon. - Flood stage is 8.0 feet.
