* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Portions of central and east central Missouri, including the following counties, in central Missouri, Maries. In east central Missouri, Phelps. * WHEN...Until 1000 PM CDT Friday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 958 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2 and 6 inches of rain have fallen. - This includes the following low water crossings... Montogue Creek at Highway E, Montague Creek at County Road 510 and Mill Creek at County Road 521. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
