In east central Missouri, Phelps. * WHEN...Until 1000 PM CDT Friday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1230 PM CDT, gauge reports indicated that flooding was occurring along the Bourbeuse River from heavy rain that occurred last night. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area.
