River forecasts are based on observed precipitation and forecast precipitation for the next 24 hours. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Meramec River at Pacific. * WHEN...From this evening to late Tuesday night. * IMPACTS...At 16.2 feet, Opeechee Beach Road begins flooding. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:30 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 11.3 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this evening to a crest of 16.2 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage tomorrow evening. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
