Phelps County in east central Missouri... * Until 345 PM CDT. * At 245 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Vienna to near Dixon to Fort Leonard Wood, moving east at 50 mph. HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Law enforcement. These storms have a long history of downing trees, powerlines, and causing some structural damage in the Truman and Lake of the Ozarks region. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect considerable tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings. * Severe thunderstorms will be near... Doolittle, Vienna, and Newburg around 250 PM CDT.
