* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1239 AM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing with additional rainfall
occurring over the area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Forsyth, Custer and Bighorn.
- Motorists along I-94 from near Custer to Forsyth may see
considerable ponding of water along the road.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Do not
drive on or attempt to cross flooded roads, find an alternate route.
