Description: 
At 225 PM MDT, the public reported a thunderstorm producing a Cold Air Funnel near Lambert, or 24 miles west of Sidney, moving northeast at 25 mph. HAZARD...Landspouts/Cold Air Funnels. SOURCE...Public. IMPACT...Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Sidney, Culbertson, Fairview, Bainville, Richey, Lambert, Snowden, Fort Kipp, Enid, Nohly, Crane, Wooley, Fort Union, Mccabe, and Midway.
Instruction: 
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. Conditions are favorable for the development of weak, brief funnel clouds. This type of funnel cloud is harmless, but on rare occasions they can briefly touch down, producing wind gusts to 80 mph. If a funnel cloud is spotted move indoors and report your sighting to the National Weather Service or the Richland County Sheriff's Office.
