Description:
* WHAT...Dangerously hot conditions with highs between 93 and 104 on
Saturday and highs between 97 and 110 on Sunday expected.
* WHERE...All of northeast Montana.
* WHEN...From 6 AM Saturday to 6 AM MDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses are part of the story during
extreme heat and high humidity events like this. Make sure to limit
time in the sun.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Temperatures will struggle to drop below 65
degrees at night, so make sure to have ways of keeping the air cool
in apartments and homes.
Instruction:
Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, and check up
on relatives and neighbors.
Do not leave young children and pets in unattended vehicles. Car
interiors will reach lethal temperatures in a matter of minutes.
