Description:
* WHAT...Very hot daytime temperatures combined with warm overnight
lows will produce cumulative heat stress.
* WHERE...Golden Valley, Musselshell, Northern Carbon, Northern
Stillwater, and Red Lodge Foothills.
* WHEN...Until midnight MDT Tuesday Night.
* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during
extreme heat events.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Very hot conditions with high temperatures of
92 to 100 today.
Instruction:
Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of
the sun, plan outdoor activities during the early morning and late
evening hours, and check up on relatives and neighbors.
Do not leave young children and pets in unattended vehicles. Car
interiors will reach lethal temperatures in a matter of minutes.
