Description:
At 406 PM MDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line from 11
miles northwest of Broadus to 8 miles southeast of Biddle, or along a
line from 11 miles northwest of Broadus to 30 miles south of Broadus,
moving northeast at 30 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Broadus, Biddle, Boyes, Belle Creek, Olive, Hammond and Ridge.
Instruction:
Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from
windows. These storms are capable of producing damaging winds and
large hail.
Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
