* WHAT...Dangerously hot conditions with all time record high temperatures possible. * WHERE...Portions of central, south central, and southeast Montana and north central Wyoming. * WHEN...From Saturday morning through late Sunday night. Hottest temperatures are expected Sunday Afternoon. * IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during extreme heat events. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Morning low temperatures may only fall into the 70s. This would result in little to no time for the body and infrastructure to cool off and recover, therefore increasing the risk of impacts.
Instruction: 
Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors. Do not leave young children and pets in unattended vehicles. Car interiors will reach lethal temperatures in a matter of minutes. Monitor the future forecasts and warnings for updates.
