At 208 PM MDT, severe thunderstorms were located 33 miles east of
Sheridan, moving northeast at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Golf ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail
damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect wind
damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Clearmont, Otter, Leiter, Moorhead and Arvada.
Instruction:
Anyone outdoors should move to shelter inside a well-built structure
and stay away from windows. This storm is capable of producing
dangerous hail and damaging winds.
Heavy rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
