* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected to
continue.
* WHERE...Northwestern Cedar County in northeastern Nebraska...
Northeastern Knox County in northeastern Nebraska...
* WHEN...Until 915 AM CDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 308 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms has ended. However, overflowing poor drainage areas
will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 2 and 4
inches of rain have fallen.
- Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
expected.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Crofton, Santee, St. Helena, Weigand Marina, Lindy, Lewis And
Clark State Recreation Area, Gavins Point Dam And Campgrounds,
Santee Reservation, Menominee and St. Helena Boat Dock.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
