* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Southeastern Chase County in southwestern Nebraska... Southwestern Hayes County in southwestern Nebraska... * WHEN...Until 1145 PM CDT /1045 PM MDT/. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. Some low-water crossings may become impassable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 548 PM CDT /448 PM MDT/, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in Locations along the Frenchman Creek. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Locations along the Frenchman Creek are the most likely place to experience minor flooding. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
