Description: 
At 808 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Redington, or 28 miles southeast of Scottsbluff, moving northeast at 35 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Bridgeport, Northport, Courthouse And Jail Rock, Bridgeport State Recreation Area, Angora, Morrill County Fairgrounds, Redington, and The Intersection Of Highway 385 And L62.

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways. This storm may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio stations and available television stations for additional information and possible warnings from the National Weather Service. A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 900 PM MDT for the Panhandle of Nebraska.
