* Until 300 AM CDT.
* At 140 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 12 miles east of Wewela to near Newport to 13 miles
northeast of Rose, moving east at 60 mph.
HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.
SOURCE...At 137 AM CDT, an automated weather station recorded a 72
mile per hour wind gust 8 miles north of Bassett.
IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to
mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings.
