Northeastern Dundy County in southwestern Nebraska... * Until 930 PM MDT/1030 PM CDT/. * At 826 PM MDT/926 PM CDT/, a severe thunderstorm was located 7 miles south of Wauneta, or 19 miles northeast of Benkelman, moving west at 15 mph. HAZARD...Tennis ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. * This severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of northwestern Hitchcock and northeastern Dundy Counties.
