Southeastern Boyd County in north central Nebraska... * Until midnight CDT. * At 1109 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 8 miles southwest of Lynch, or 13 miles southeast of Spencer, moving east at 15 mph. HAZARD...Two inch hail and 60 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. * Locations impacted include... Lynch, Bristow, Monowi, Opportunity, Midway, Dorsey, Scottville, and Redbird State Wildlife Management Area. This includes the following highways... Highway 281 between mile markers 195 and 210. Highway 12 between mile markers 129 and 144.
