On Wednesday, north to northwest winds gusting 35 to 50 mph. * HUMIDITY...On Tuesday 10 to 14 percent. On Wednesday, 12 to 20 percent. Poor recoveries expected Tuesday night. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
