Watch, which is in effect from Tuesday morning through Tuesday
evening.
* WIND...On Tuesday, west becoming southwest winds 10 to 20 mph
with gusts up to 35 mph.
* HUMIDITY...On Tuesday, between 13 and 16 percent.
* IMPACTS...any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
Outdoor burning is not recommended.
