Fire Weather Watch for portions of Southeast Wyoming. The National Weather Service in Cheyenne has issued a Red Flag Warning, which is in effect from noon Sunday to 8 PM MDT Monday. * AFFECTED AREA...Fire weather zones 417, 418, 423, and 430 through 434. * WIND... South 10 to 15 mph gusting up to 35 mph * HUMIDITY... Between 10 and 15 percent * IMPACTS...any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
