* WIND...South to southeast winds 10 to 15 mph gusting up to 35
mph
* HUMIDITY...Between 10 and 15 percent
* IMPACTS...any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.

strong winds, low relative humidity, and warm temperatures can
contribute to extreme fire behavior.
