* WHAT...For the Wind Advisory, west winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph. For the Frost Advisory, sub-freezing temperatures as low as 33-36 degrees possible. For the Freeze Watch, sub-freezing temperatures as low as 33-36 degrees possible. * WHERE...White Pine, Southern Lander and Southern Eureka, and Southwest Elko Counties. * WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, until 11 PM PDT this evening. For the Frost Advisory, from 11 PM this evening to 8 AM PDT Sunday. For the Freeze Watch, from Sunday evening through Monday morning. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Localized blowing dust could reduce the visibility to one mile or less in spots. Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.
