For the Freeze Watch, sub-freezing temperatures as low as 33-36 degrees possible. * WHERE...Northern Lander and Northern Eureka County. * WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, until 11 PM PDT this evening. For the Freeze Watch, from Sunday evening through Monday morning. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.
