Water encroaches on Route 175 in North Woodstock. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 11:30 AM EDT Thursday the stage was 3.8 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage just after midnight tonight reaching a crest of 9.8 feet. It will then fall below flood stage late tonight. - Flood stage is 9.0 feet.
