* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.
* WHERE...Portions of New Jersey, including the following areas,
Atlantic, Coastal Atlantic, Coastal Ocean, Cumberland, Eastern
Monmouth, Hunterdon, Mercer, Middlesex, Ocean, Somerset,
Southeastern Burlington and Western Monmouth and southeast
Pennsylvania, including the following area, Upper Bucks.
* WHEN...Until midnight EDT tonight.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Showers and thunderstorms will continue to develop through
this evening, capable of producing heavy downpours. Rainfall
rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour, possibly as high as 3 inches
per hour, are likely and short term training could result in
flooding over portions of northern, eastern, and southern New
Jersey.
