Description:
At 304 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over South
Philadelphia, or near Camden, moving southeast at 20 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Minor damage to vehicles is possible. Wind damage to roofs,
siding, trees, and power lines is possible.

Philadelphia, Camden, Gloucester City, Bellmawr, Yeadon, Folcroft,
Paulsboro, Westville, National Park, East Lansdowne, Brooklawn,
Audubon Park, Darby Township, Morris Park, Center City, South
Philadelphia, Golden Triangle, Ben Franklin Bridge, Erlton-Ellisburg,
and Roxborough.
People at the Lemon Hill and Ben Franklin Bridge events should seek
safe shelter immediately!

Interstate 95 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 10 and 23.
Interstate 76 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 340 and 351.
Interstate 76 in New Jersey between mile markers 1 and 3.
Interstate 295 in New Jersey between mile markers 23 and 24.
Interstate 676 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 0 and 1.
Interstate 676 in New Jersey between mile markers 0 and 4.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm. Move
indoors immediately. Lightning is one of nature's leading killers.

by lightning.
Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
