* WHAT...Arroyo and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Southern Rio Arriba County in north central New Mexico... North Central Santa Fe County in north central New Mexico... * WHEN...Until 400 PM MDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Dangerous flows over low-water crossings. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 305 PM MDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause arroyo and small stream flooding. Between 0.25 and 0.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
