Description: 
At 246 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a line of showers extending from 5 miles northwest of Cuba to 8 miles southwest of Northern Meadows, moving east at 30 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Rio Rancho, Cuba, Corrales, Jemez Springs, San Ysidro, Torreon Navajo Mission, Jemez Pueblo, Fenton Lake State Park, Torreon and Zia Pueblo. This includes Highway 550 between Mile Markers 6 and 90.
Instruction: 
Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening weather conditions. Blowing dust associated with strong thunderstorm winds can reduce visibility below one quarter mile at times.
