At 556 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a line of strong thunderstorms extending from near La Cueva to near Clines Corners, moving east at 20 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and nickel size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Las Vegas, Tecolote, Romeroville, Ribera, Villanueva, Villanueva State Park, Montezuma, Storrie Lake State Park, El Porvenir and Anton Chico. This includes the following highways... Interstate 40 between Mile Markers 207 and 239. State Road 518 between Mile Markers 1 and 25. Highway 285 between Mile Markers 247 and 264. Interstate 25 between Mile Markers 315 and 365...and between Mile Markers 366 and 373. State Road 104 between Mile Markers 1 and 16.
