Description:
At 1003 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a line of strong
thunderstorms extending from 13 miles south of Bellview to 5 miles
south of Arch, moving northeast at 5 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and half inch size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Clovis, Texico, Cannon Air Force Base, Ranchvale, Arch, Portair and
Pleasant Hill.
This includes Highway 60 between Mile Markers 381 and 397.
Instruction:
Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening
weather conditions.
