Description: 
At 106 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Ojo Amarillo, or 11 miles southwest of Farmington, moving east at 25 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Farmington, Aztec, Kirtland, NAPI Headquarters, Upper Fruitland, Ojo Amarillo, Fruitland, Flora Vista and Nenahnezad. This includes Highway 64 between Mile Markers 36 and 61.
Instruction: 
Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening weather conditions. Blowing dust associated with strong thunderstorm winds can reduce visibility below one quarter mile at times.
