Description:
At 514 AM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7
miles northeast of Folsom, or 12 miles north of Des Moines, moving
southeast at 15 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and nickel size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Des Moines and Folsom.
This includes Highway 64 between Mile Markers 378 and 390.
Instruction:
Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening
weather conditions.
