* WHERE...Tusas Mountains Including Chama, Upper Rio Grande Valley,
Chuska Mountains, and West Central Plateau.
* WHEN...From noon to 8 PM MDT Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs may be blown down. Expect strong crosswinds on area roadways.
