* WHAT...Southwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph
expected.
* WHERE...Tusas Mountains Including Chama, Upper Rio Grande Valley,
Far Northeast Highlands, Johnson and Bartlett Mesas Including Raton
Pass, Chuska Mountains, and West Central Plateau.
* WHEN...From noon to 8 PM MDT Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs may be blown down. Expect strong crosswinds on area roadways.
