Southeastern Grant County in southwestern New Mexico...
West Central Luna County in southwestern New Mexico...
* Until 815 PM MDT.
* At 622 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain along I-10 just west of Gage. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches
of rain have fallen, with another 1 to 2 inches possible. Flash
flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas. This includes areas along
I-10 west of Gage.
