* Until 1030 PM MDT.
* At 947 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 7 miles east of
Hagerman, or 24 miles southeast of Roswell, moving south at 15 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.

Mainly rural areas of Central Chaves County.
Instruction:
Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from
windows. This storm is capable of producing damaging winds and large
hail.
Heavy rains from severe thunderstorms can produce sudden and
