Culberson County in southwestern Texas... * Until 200 AM CDT/100 AM MDT/. * At 1155 PM CDT/1055 PM MDT/, a wall of dust was along a line extending from 9 miles north of Red Bluff Reservoir to 15 miles west of Orla to 18 miles northwest of Toyah to near Saragosa to 24 miles north of Sanderson, moving southwest at 40 mph.
