Northeastern El Paso County in western Texas... * Until 1100 PM MDT. * At 910 PM MDT, A line of thunderstorms extended from near McGregor Range Base south through the Hueco Mountains. Radar estimates rainfall rates of 2 to 3 inches per hour. This will likely cause flooding in arroyos around Hueco Tanks, and in nearby poor drainage areas north and south of Highway 62-180, especially east of Red Sands. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar.
