* WHERE...A portion of southeast New York, including the following
counties, Kings (Brooklyn) and Richmond (Staten Island).
* WHEN...Until 845 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 722 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area.

Flatbush, Coney Island, Todt Hill, The Verrazano Narrows
Bridge, Huguenot, Bay Ridge, Port Richmond, Tottenville,
Tompkinsville, Oakwood, Bensonhurst, Sheepshead Bay,
Annadale, New Dorp, Grasmere, Heartland Village and
Greenridge.
